Reflexology

Reflexology promotes the body’s natural ability to adjust and balance in times of stress. It has been shown to improve circulation. This boosts the supply of oxygen to the muscles and other body tissues and speeds up the elimination of waste products such as lactic acid in the muscles from exercising.

This in turn reduces muscle tension and soreness, decreasing healing time for injuries and reduces swelling from injuries or illness, The immune system, skin tone and the ability to concentrate also improve when circulation is increased. Reflexology is a massage treatment of pressure points on the hands and feet. A gentle massage continuing up to the knees and elbows assists in opening circulation pathways through the body.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method for enhancing the body’s own healing capabilities though the CranioSacral rhythm.

This involves the practitioner using very light touch equivalent to or less than the weight of a nickel to the head, abdomen,spine, low back and in fact almost anywhere on the body.

These extracts from nature are a gift for you to treasure and enjoy for aromatic enjoyment and healing purposes. The Essential Oils are blended or used alone in a carrier oil or special lotion. A selection of oils are used depending on the client’s specific need, from the simple relaxation to assistance in healing of various pains. In addition, Roseanne can mix you up a custom aromatherapy for you at home. Pricing depends on the oils used.
